頂新併中嘉？江揆：外界應清楚政院立場

頂新黑心油引起社會公憤，外界要求政府應否決頂新併購中嘉案。行政院長江宜樺今天表示，要等頂新是否真的的申請，才會由獨立機關NCC進行審查。因NCC是獨立機關，行政院不能在受理案件前，就對個案做政策性宣布，但這幾天的行政作為，應該已讓各界很清楚，行政院的立場為何。
