雄檢聲押正義老總、採購副課長獲准

雄檢追查正義公司油品來源，發現其中幾家上游公司是空殼公司，卻開立發票給正義核銷。13日傳喚正義總經理何育仁、負責採購油品的採購副課長胡金忞，偵訊2個多小時後，認為他們供詞和收押的上游廠商林明忠等人有出入，恐串證、逃亡之虞，向法院聲押何、胡。

高雄地院法官歷經3小時庭訊，認定何和胡互相卸責，且供述與在押的廠商不一致，有串證之虞，裁定收押何和胡。刑事局南打中心將兩人移送高雄看守所羈押，約凌晨1點左右步出雄檢。
