本報訊

（中央社開羅/華盛頓3日綜合外電報導）伊斯蘭國（IS）今天在網路上公布英國志工亨寧（Alan Henning）遭斬首的錄影。亨寧的妻子曾公開懇求IS釋放他。

目前仍無法證實這項錄影的真實性，但公布的方式與前幾次IS公布斬首人質的錄影帶相同。

美國白宮說，此事再度證明IS的殘酷本質。

歐巴馬總統的反恐首席顧問摩納可（Lisa Monaco）說，美國正在求證這項錄影的真實性。

這項1分11秒錄影名為「再一次給予美國及其盟友的訊息」。

根據監視聖戰團體舉動的「國際恐怖主義實體搜尋研究所」（SITE Intelligence Group）說，錄影帶顯示，亨寧介紹他自己。他說：「由於我們的國會決定攻擊伊斯蘭國，所以身為英國社會大眾一分子的我，將為這項決定付出代價。」（譯者：中央社簡長盛）1031004
