怎麼刪除在ipod touch上itunes裡卻找不到的音樂

這個情況有點複雜
itunes store之前好像送了一張專輯
所以那張專輯在我的帳號裡面是已購買
然後就出現在我的歌單裡
可是我並不想要
後來有找到要怎麼不讓那些歌出現
只是之前在亂按的時候不小心把一首下載下來了
而且用itunes接上我的ipod還沒有出現那首歌
就變成我不能從itunes刪除
也不知道怎麼在ipod上直接刪除
有人可以幫幫我嗎?
