順德停工仍收廢油 下午3點斷水電

郭烈成餿水油上游業者胡信德經營的順德企業行，無視停工令仍繼續收廢食用油，高雄市環保局除撤銷清除許可證，今天下午三點執行斷水斷電。

順德企業10月9日被勒令停工，但10日還到屏東1家便當店收廢食用油，行逕大膽，商家覺得新聞報的那麼大，順德還繼續收油，「真的很敢！」

高雄市環保局昨晚到順德稽查，胡信德坦承停工後有再收了兩桶廢食用油，已倒入貯槽。環保局局長陳金德表示，昨晚已撤銷乙級清除許可證，但因執行斷水、斷電必須會同台電和水公司，所以今天聯繫之後，下午三點到大寮順德斷水電，確保業者不能再有任何處理、買賣行為。
