USB 是非常非常方便的存取裝置，但是也是一種風險，別人可以輕易的取走檔案，中毒的 USB 也能讓你的電腦一起中毒，自己的電腦為了方便通常就是隨意存取，不過若有人一同共用電腦的話，不妨可以設定一下 USB 的權限，Ratool（Removable Access tool）是一套非常簡單的小工具，能夠設定 USB 的存取權限，正常存取、唯獨或是完全封鎖。

這款工具可以設定密碼，若是他人使用這款工具也無法直接開啟，除了限制 USB 之外，從選項當中也可以限制 CD、DVD、軟碟機、磁帶機裝置與 Windows 可攜裝置，若你想要設定存取的話，這款小工具真的很方便。
