早知品管檢驗3次NG　強冠削價進貨牟暴利

國內油品大廠強冠董事長葉文祥自稱「受害人」，高屏檢警強調，強冠早就知道郭烈成是地下工廠且內部品管檢驗員曾發現3次NG，強冠不僅沒退貨，反而啟動「特採（削價的特殊採購）」。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，對檢驗不合格的劣油原料，會採取兩種手段，包括「退貨」、「特採」，但強冠不但未曾對郭烈成油行的餿水油退過貨，油品「NG」的檢驗結果反成強冠向郭烈成削價利器。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
