[前文恕刪] 對薇姿，我真的徹底死心 之前用到他的新平衝皮脂精華，覺得不油膩，還不錯用 趁新品上市的促銷，多買一瓶屯貨 因此開啟集點之路 一開始的入會禮寄來的速度還算正常 但在隔年要續會前，有2000多點的點數快到期 或許是我誤解了遊戲規則 以後在點數失效前續會，點數的期限就可以再延長一年 沒想到續完會後，之前快過期的2000多點還是失效了 本來想打電話給客服問怎麼回事 但一直沒有人接電話，所以就放棄 繼續積點 母親節有優惠，有買智慧動能保濕精華，可以用限定點數換極光淨白乳液50ML 我5月底兌換了之後 7/7 mail給客服問東西寄出沒 7/11 收到客服回信說 「6/27以小包掛號寄出，預計4-6週後您將會 收到您的兌禮，再請您耐心等候。」 8/22 我還是沒收到，所以再次mail給客服詢問 8/27 客服回覆「目前將為您進行查件 待派送商回覆後再與您聯繫」 然後就沒下文了..... 等10:00薇姿客服上班，我要直接打電話了 希望這次能打成功 至於薇姿的產品，對不起，就算再好用，我也不想用了 不好的服務奪走我的忠誠度 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.211.164.2 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/BeautySalon/M.1409881522.A.F4C.html ※ 編輯: sixwing (218.211.164.2), 09/05/2014 09:46:30
