標題[請問] 明信片很久才到

請問一下比較了解郵政的大大們 朋友從國外寄明信片回來給我和我室友 兩張是一起寄的 地址也一樣 但室友的信比較早到 我的則是遲很久才到 已經連續兩三次都這樣了 請問為什麼信會被扣留啊？QQ 另外 明信片上朋友多貼了一張紙 四邊用紙膠帶黏起來 但信寄來的時候紙還在 膠帶卻被撕開了 感覺紙的背面被檢查了 請問為什麼會這樣啊? 謝謝大大 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 140.112.250.209 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1409245667.A.DC2.html
