華隆自救會爭3.1億債權　籌錢打官司

華隆大園廠拍賣24億多元，包括363名華隆自救會成員在內的807位關廠工人卻只能分配190萬元，每人只領2300元，其他全由銀行團和政府分光，自救會前天已向桃園地院提出「分配聲明異議狀」，要求拿回華隆積欠工人的3.1億元的退休金、退職金。
 
自救會秘書謝毅弘今天表示，他們提出聲明異議，原先分配的債權會停止分配，卻因係由法院的執行處司法事務官對法拍分配表進行審查後做出裁定，並未進入法院民事庭的實質審理，自救會將在10日內以其他債權人為被告，另外提出「分配表聲明異議之訴」。
 
由於自救會爭取3.1億元的債權，依規定要繳交百分之一的裁判費，估計至少需310萬元，除希望勞動部負擔外，也不排除向各縣市的勞工權益基金會爭取補助，或尋求其他訴訟救助。（張沛森／桃園報導）
