因應質借潮 國寶備4千萬銀彈

金管會12日宣布接管國寶人壽、幸福人壽。國寶人壽準備新台幣4000萬元因應解約潮、質借潮；幸福人壽則稱有200億元的現金流可以因應。

金融監督管理委員會12日宣布，接管國寶人壽、幸福人壽。

今天上午國寶人壽、幸福人壽保戶尚稱冷靜，還沒見到質借潮、解約潮。國寶人壽指出，去年依照件數來看，解約比重12%，也就是說國寶人壽在接管之前，還維持正常的狀況。

國寶人壽表示，今天各櫃台準備80幾萬元的現金因應保戶的需求。平常財務方面，國寶會準備200到300萬元因應保戶需求，包含解約與質借；但接管之後，則是每天準備4000萬元因應保戶的求。

幸福人壽今天早上只有2件質借案共計新台幣45萬元、2件解約為58萬元。

安定基金表示，過去接管經驗，是否發生質借潮、解約潮，會觀察3天。
