齐齐哈尔市原公安局办公大楼瞬间坍塌！！！

好好的大樓突然坍塌，這一定令人難以置信！中國就有民眾，這個月22日開車經過黑龍江省齊齊哈爾市原本辦公大樓時，看到大樓無預警倒塌，揚起大片粉塵。

當時，民眾車上的行車紀錄器拍下這驚險瞬間，車上的乘客都在討論，怎麼好好的大樓，說坍塌就坍塌，事前完全沒有封路、沒有交管，也沒有灑水車到現場，更沒有爆破的聲音，讓車上的乘客都不敢置信，根據當地媒體報導，齊齊哈爾市曾表示，這棟舊大樓已經發包出去擇期爆破，是否為當天，他們還在查證，台灣網友看到後，擔心提問「有死人嗎」，也有人看完「傻眼」認為「強國」不意外，也有人批這是「垃圾工程」等等。（陳詩璧／綜合報導）
