中颱麥德姆襲台，風雨肆虐一整晚後，今天清晨4時20分從彰化出海。新北市多處傳出災，在板橋豪宅林立的新板特區內，也傳出許多路樹倒塌，其中在國家世紀館外旁的路樹攔腰折斷，新北市119接獲民眾報案後，已派遣警消在旁做警戒。（莊淇鈞／新北報導）
