北韓核武專家逝世　成功建造人造衛星

北韓9日試射短程導彈後，當局其後宣佈研發核武和導彈的核心人物全炳浩的死訊，並決定為全炳浩舉行國葬，由領導人金正恩擔任治喪委員會委員長。

全炳浩因急性心肌梗塞於7日去世，終年88歲。國防委員會發表訃告，讚揚全炳浩生前一直負責國防事務，肩負核武和缳星開發研究，成功為北韓建立人造衛星、發射衛星和成為核武國家。儘管他在2011年退休，但去年因涉嫌參與北韓第三次核試而被聯合國列入制裁名單之內。

此外，北韓9日凌晨4時向日本海發射兩枚疑為「飛毛腿」導彈。北韓近兩周多次試射導彈，相信是採取「和戰兩面戰術」，對外展現其擁有隨時隨地可發射導彈的能力。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
