鄭捷父母爆急賣房　遠離傷心地

殺人魔鄭捷犯下北捷4死24傷命案，台北捷運公司向鄭捷求償10天營業損失共2061萬餘元，再加上被害人的賠償金額，初估高達3500多萬元，傳鄭捷的父母如今急賣房，房仲業更以「低價拋售」來形容。

今天出刊的《時報周刊》報導，鄭捷父母急著賣板橋住家，並開出1坪55萬的「合理價格」，其他低層樓都開價1坪69萬了，鄭捷家在高層樓，景觀更好，如此價錢在房仲業已傳開，還有投資客上門指定要看，預計1個月內就能過戶成交。有房仲質疑，鄭捷父母是想賣屋落跑，重新展開生活，但新北市議員林國春認為，鄭捷父母應該是想賣屋賠償，而非脫產。（盧麗蓮／綜合報導）
