林佳龍:確保台灣主權下支持交流

中共國台辦主任張志軍明天訪問台中，民進黨台中市長參選人林佳龍今發表聲明說，「民主價值」是兩岸交流的先決條件，在確保台灣主權原則下，會支持穩健及創造交流的機會。

林佳龍表示，他一貫主張台灣應有「擴大民主」及「正面交往」兩大策略，在兩岸交流中化被動為主動，更藉由互動過程改變中國。建議和張志軍接觸的台灣官員，應呈現台灣更真實的一面，中國更能因此開放接受台灣多元的聲音。
