基隆市議長黃景泰被控涉貪案，地院第三度開羈押庭，今天凌晨3時裁定，黃景泰仍維持新台幣200萬交保，限制住居。

羈押庭訊從昨晚9時開始，黃景泰由律師楊國宏等人陪同抵達地院出庭。庭訊前，他向媒體表示，「我是清白的」，並說尊重司法程序。

庭訊經2時30分的檢辯攻防，深夜11時30分結束。裁定結果原訂今天凌晨2時出爐，羈押庭法官改延後到今天凌晨3時裁定。

基隆地院發言人王福康庭長說，被告黃景泰原先被裁定以新台幣200萬元交保、限制出境、出海，今天合議庭裁定，仍以新台幣200萬元交保，但限制住居。

黃景泰被檢方控告利用職權，向基隆市府官員施壓，圖利建案的建商，且在其議長辦公室，搜出現金500萬鉅款。

台灣高等法院21日二度撤銷基隆地方法院的交保裁定，發回更裁，地院今天凌晨維持交保金額。(中央社)
