瑞薩傳計劃向新思出售RSP股份

日本晶片製造商瑞薩電子（Renesas），傳計劃向智慧手機晶片供應商新思（Synaptics），出售iPhone顯示晶片公司瑞力（Renesas SP Drivers，簡稱RSP）的多數股份。

RSP是瑞薩、夏普與力晶合資成立的液晶顯示驅動晶片公司。

路透引述消息人士報導，蘋果公司也曾洽商買下瑞薩持有的RSP股權，作為鞏固全球供應鏈計畫的一環，但雙方協商遲遲沒有進展，於是瑞薩已考慮把RSP持股售予新思。

瑞薩持續尋求出售手上的RSP 55%股份，以聚焦於汽車業客戶並出脫非核心資產。RSP是蘋果iPhone顯示驅動晶片的唯一供應商。

握有RSP 25%股份的夏普，預料也將在瑞薩完成交易後跟進出售股份。力晶則持有RSP剩餘20%股份。
