首例人類感染H5N6禽流感致死病例

首例人類感染H5N6禽流感致死病例，為一名中國大陸四川省南充市的49歲男性，有病死家禽接觸史，臨床診斷為急性重症肺炎，經全力搶救無效死亡。目前所有密切接觸者均未出現症狀。中國大陸3日於該市某養殖戶中，檢出1份雞隻檢體呈H5N6亞型禽流感病毒陽性，已將1338隻禽類全數撲殺。

衛生福利部疾病管制署防疫醫師羅一鈞表示，台灣在2004年12月台北關渡濕地候鳥排遺中檢出1株H5N6亞型禽流感病毒，其餘均未再檢出，家禽及寵物鳥也未曾檢出，民眾無需擔心。

疾管署將四川省旅遊疫情建議等級提升為第二級：警示（Alert），並持續密切追蹤及加強監測，以掌握疫情訊息。疾管署提醒赴大陸民眾，務必保持良好衛生習慣，避免接觸禽鳥。
