改期已開票.隔天又來電說要補差價

前天到阿聯酋總代理那邊改票(地點跟時間)
服務人員現場幫我處理了一個多小時後(算很久)，算出我需補908元(手續費+稅金)
當天已刷卡付清且開票

但是昨天接到那個服務人員來電
說它少算了票差 要我再多付1794~

但是在改票前我有致電他們的客服
客服也是告訴我只需要付手續費即可.並沒有告訴我要補差價...
所以我才會把我的機票日期往後延...

請問我一定要付那個票差嗎?
因為從一開始就是他們說錯了，現在開票了.飯店也訂了~
才又要我付1794的票差...= =
