【環資報導】中科環評官司 法院促和解 老農：先停工再說

法院調停未果 撤銷環評官司將擇期宣判

「（環評）撤銷官司打贏了也只有這樣，和解可以得到更多，我希望雙方能跳出這樣你死我活的窘境。」法官楊得君如此向后里老農提議。法官所說的「這樣」，意指環評撤銷後，行政機關仍不願命廠商停工的狀況。

22日台北高等行政法院舉行「中科三期二次環評撤銷準備庭」，在這最後一次和解協調中，雖然被告環保署表達了高度願意和解的意願，但環署日前才展開了二階環評審查前的範疇界定會議，與原告后里老農們堅持環保署應該先要求中科停工、停止營運才能進行二階環評審查的訴求相違背，因此和解協商破裂，將繼續打中科三期環評二度撤銷案，將擇日做出判決...（賴品瑀／台北訊）
