夏洛特山貓23日痛宰波特蘭拓荒者30分，除了全隊命中率驚人，拓荒者中鋒Robin Lopez更是大讚與他對位的「Big Al」Al Jefferson。

「他太扯了，他太有天分了，他可能是聯盟當今所有中鋒裡，得分技巧最棒的。」Lopez說。

讓Lopez如此盛讚，Jefferson表現確實驚人，該役他攻下28分，命中率高達59.1%。

身高6呎10吋的Jefferson，雖然沒有傲人身材，低位進攻腳步一直是他的致勝法寶，但從波士頓塞爾提克、明尼蘇達灰狼、猶他爵士到現在的山貓，他總是成為球隊補強的「犧牲品」，名氣始終不如他的實力。

Jefferson本季平均每場攻下21.4分、10.4籃板，命中率50.5%，是山貓能闖出34勝36敗、東區第7成績的中流砥柱。
