標題[問題] hp envy5-j031tx開虛擬化後無法開機

如題，主機週六才入手，作業系統是win8.1專業版，因為要寫wp8程式所以要啟動虛擬化，致電客服，得到的結論是跟藍牙衝到，移除藍牙驅動可解決，更新到最新版也無法，兩者不能並存，否則無法開機，刷了BIOS，也無解，維修中心的工程師也無解，現在真的很無奈，希望這邊的大大能幫忙！抱歉手機排版很醜，希望各位見諒！ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.74.146.126
