印度警忘密碼 民意信箱郵件擱8年

英國廣播公司報導，印度德里警方因為忘記一組電腦密碼，遂從2006年起忽略600多封民眾抱怨電郵，直到最近被印度反貪腐機構查到，才解決這項「技術問題」。
