標題[問題] 新手談薪資?

看到版上精華區有說 談到薪資要預留被殺價空間 看起來像是一般公司的情形 我非相關科系 無經驗 想要應徵診所或牙醫助理 雖然是應徵不需經驗的 但條件上比較弱勢 我有點疑惑診所體系需不需要預留被殺價空間 還是新手應該先乖乖填"依公司規定"? 因為感覺診所似乎會比較直接 不會殺價 另外我之前應徵的非診所工作也都是直接由面試官說規定薪資 因為都是一些不需要專業很容易找人的工作@@ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.174.17 ※ 編輯: bastet729 來自: 118.160.174.17 (02/26 09:11)
