半導體回溫 四領頭羊德意志最愛

半導體產業回溫趨勢確立！德意志證券半導體產業分析師周立中預先宣告，度過工作天數較短的2月，台灣中大型半導體公司3月營收將回溫，而且持續增溫至9月，產業景氣十分健康。

周立中認為，半導體景氣之所以回溫，主要受惠科技新品循環，以及廠商補庫存。同時，由於28奈米HKMG製程、20奈米製程的產能持續吃緊，無晶圓廠的下單更加積極，看好台積電、聯發科、漢微科、日月光四大半導體領頭羊表現將持續亮眼，全數維持「買進」投資評等。
