我想請問

想搭乘
廉價航空-酷航 從台北04:00出發到新加坡09:00
之後再搭乘
廉價航空-捷星 從新加坡 晚上20:00出發到澳洲布里斯本(到達為隔天中午)

想趁這中間新加坡轉機空檔到新加坡晃晃

請問
1..這樣到新加坡要辦簽證嗎? 要錢嗎?
2..請問這樣到的時候要先半入境，離開時再辦出境嗎?
3..請問這樣是在同一個航廈嗎?
4..請問這樣有行李寄放的地方嗎? 大約多少錢?
5..請問新加坡中文能通嗎?
6..還有其他要注意的嗎?
