又來了！遠通官網塞機　民眾火大連不上

在遠通電收即將進入「留校察看3個月」前夕，遠通電收又出狀況，有民眾發現今早遠通電收官網竟連不上線，弄得滿肚子火。遠通電收坦承，今凌晨4時和清晨7時多都發生塞機，原因還在調查中，目前則已恢復正常，僅有短暫影響上官網查詢作業，其他儲值和申辦作業都正常。

高公局表示，初步了解，包括遠通電收和固網公司都有發現惡意佔用頻寬的情況，因此導致連線速度較慢，目前正在了解原因中，初判應不是遠通電收設備或系統問題。(李姿慧／台北報導)
