一名少女日前蹺家和網友碰面，回家之後在紙條上寫下「你╳了我3次」，母親發現後大吃一驚趕緊報警。少女在偵訊時，稱說哥哥有看到對方和她發生關係，網友因此被判處4年多徒刑；但更一審後卻認定少女說詞矛盾，改判網友無罪。

該名少女指控，她和哥哥在99年11月時一起離家出走，暫住在一名蔡姓網友的家中，逗留了4天才返家。少女事後寫了幾張字條給蔡男，其中1張留下「你╳了我3次」的字樣，少女母親懷疑女兒和對方發生性關係，因此報警處理。

檢方將蔡男起訴，一、二審都被判處4年10個月徒刑，他不服提出上訴。蔡男否認和少女發生關係，且認為少女說詞法反覆，要求還他清白。根據《自由時報》報導，更一審法官認為，少女偵訊時稱說哥哥有看到，但檢方偵訊和法院審理時，少女又說哥哥沒看到，就連發生關係的次數、在蔡男家住幾天也前後說詞不一，不能依少女單一方面指控就論罪，因此改判蔡男無罪。
