【動新聞】國內首例H7N9死亡　青壯年當心

1名中國遊客(86歲)上月底來台旅行，期間生病住院治療，經多次檢查發現體內H7N9病毒雖已被撲滅，但肺炎症狀未好轉，前晚家人同意放棄急救、宣告不治；中央流行疫情指揮中心昨發布全台首例Ｈ７Ｎ９死亡病例。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，該波青壯年染H7N9機率提高，且有死亡病例，中國醫藥大學附設醫院兒童感染科主任黃高彬說，不排除是病毒已發生變異，傳染力變強。一旦病毒入侵，免疫系統會全體動員到肺部細胞殲滅敵軍，最後雖戰勝H7N9病毒，但過度動員導致被當戰場的肺部殘破不堪，加劇高燒、肺炎症狀，形成細胞激素風暴，患者發病很快就死亡。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
