單節8記三分球的表現，無法幫助火箭在主場力擒雷霆，下半場在對方嚴密防守下，僅得19分，最終92比104吞下敗仗，林書豪此役僅有6分進帳。

林書豪本場出賽24分鐘，8次出手只進2球，另外2分為罰球所得，總計6分、2助攻，這是繼去年12月29日之後，得分未達雙位數。

該場比賽對手同樣是雷霆，一樣只有6分，兩度面對雷霆都打得不順手，火箭也是第二度敗在雷霆手上。

首節打完落後的火箭，第二節憑藉三分球攻勢反超，單節投進8顆三分球，Chandler Parsons一人就投進3顆，一度領先達14分。

不過下半場火箭進攻陷入當機狀態，第三節僅拿10分，第四節更只有9分進帳，雷霆原本也呈現乾旱期，但率先突破窘境，且逐漸加溫，最後把火箭打爆。
