標題[問題] 這可以跟什麼單位申訴呢?

大家好　想請教此問題可跟哪個單位申訴 故事如下： 我在11/29離職，12/2到新公司工作 在12/26收到健保局寄來通知要補繳11月份的健保 因為前公司固定在11/25發薪，當初薪資條我印象深刻有扣掉勞健保費用 （還好離職前有把最後一個月的薪資條印出來...） 這兩天我都有寄信給前公司的HR，請他確認一下是哪邊出問題 但他都不給我回覆 可能有人會問為什麼我不直接打電話 因為前公司制度和HR的態度都非常不佳，實在不想再跟他們有任何瓜葛 目前是想要等等再寄一封信，押日期請HR務必處理 若超過期限他們都不回覆我的話，我就會去跟相關單位申訴 不曉得這種事情應該是跟健保局還是勞工局說呢？ 謝謝 至於前公司，大概可以講一大卡車臭爛的故事吧... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.7.193
