外勞不甘感情受騙 反控雇主

桃園市一家鵝肉店男老闆與逃逸女外勞大談婚外情，後來老闆移情別戀，女外勞心有不甘，自首控訴老闆「僱用外勞」。

移民署桃園專勤隊今天表示，越南籍逃逸女外勞「阿水」主動自首，控告雇主僱用外勞。專勤隊非常納悶，平常逃逸外勞被查獲時，都是心不甘、情不願，怎麼有人自首。

專勤隊表示，阿水去年逃逸到鵝肉店非法打工，並與男老闆發生感情，但男老闆在今年8月移情別戀，愛上另一名越籍女外勞，因而有意疏離阿水。

阿水心有不甘，向移民署專勤隊自首，控訴老闆非法僱用外勞。

移民署經仔細查證後，在鵝肉店位於桃園市、新北市兩家分店中，一舉查到4名逃逸外勞。

老闆在偵詢後，依違反就業服務法，移送相關單位裁罰，而逃逸外勞也將依法被遣送。
