南迴鐵路自強號列車今天上午7點26分在枋山2號隧道口遇上土石流，當地的雨量監測站顯示，上午6至7點，1小時下了40.5毫米的驚人雨量；氣象人員說，前2天康芮颱風帶來的豪雨，山坡土石已鬆軟，加上這場突如其來的暴雨，造成土石流，進而釀成列車出軌意外。
