標題[問題] 該調回總部嗎

小弟去年退伍到現在剛工作滿一年 當時找工作投履歷是寄去總部 但是總部沒有職缺，所以讓我去分部工作 分部跟總部薪水沒差 但是總部上班來回約30公里，分部則是55公里 總部位在鬧區，分部在非常非常偏僻的地方 工作內容則是分部比較輕鬆，聽說總部會累得多 但也因為分部業務少， 這一年下來自己覺得沒有學習到相對應該有的能力 這陣子聽說總部有人要離職 主管也有想法要直接從分部拉人過去，有跟我提到 現在整個陷入天人交戰 一來去總部會比較累，二來分部這邊也習慣了工作方式 單位上也就各作各的，不會被學長姐限制 但是分部的業務實在過於單純，真的不知道該怎麼選擇 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.224.118.86
