最近我媽開始吃膠原蛋白,她覺得效果超好, 說什麼毛孔變小皮膚超有彈性又亮, 於是叫我也開始吃,我自己是剛吃第三天而已, 我平常皮膚都不會長痘痘, 可是吃了之後臉開始有冒一些小痘痘, 我不知道是因為我生理期快來還是膠原蛋白的關係, 我有爬文看到吃了會冒痘痘,所以很猶豫要不要繼續吃。 想請大家有經驗的大家給我一點意見謝謝 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.82.48.74
