文化部人權館籌備處歷時多年，邀請多名白色恐怖受難者及家屬撰寫當時心情，和親屬遇害後的艱困生活，集結20篇文章出版「秋蟬的悲鳴」白色恐怖受難文集第一輯，今天上午中部場說明會在國立彰化生活美學館舉辦，白色恐怖受害者蔡焜霖、蔡寬裕現身說法，呼籲社會大眾重視人權，維護社會公平與正義。
