牙買加恐同嚴重　又傳同志遭謀殺

【綜合報導】牙買加一跨性別者偉恩瓊斯(Dwayne Jones)在學校飽受霸凌，不得不休學，在家也遭父親毆打，14歲就被迫離家出走，現年16歲的他，7月22日以女裝打扮參加派對，遭人毒打、砍傷、槍擊還用車撞他，最終不幸身亡。
 
牙買加被視為是西半球對待同志和變性人，最有敵意的國家，當地民眾普遍恐同，瓊斯遭殘忍謀殺，成牙買加頭條新聞，人權團體呼籲政府應多盡點心力，保護同志，去年就有2名同志被謀殺，36人被攻擊，都是因為身為同志。
