比較電腦顯示卡(急)

請問各位大大

顯卡以GTX650 OC比較省電
GTX650TI BOOST效能比較好,但是較耗電

請大大建議我該買哪一隻顯卡比較好
我配全漢450W

450W不夠用那麼我是不是該配500W

註記:我住學校每個月超出的電費變成要室友一起平均

所以我也擔心如果每天開機有6小時會不會超出電費

快要入學了得先把電腦備好
