生命是從懂得付出開始的
真正的修行是從省覺學習開始的

一切從付出開始學習『無我』
從省覺習氣開始磨練忍耐
由無我超越有我，由忍定轉化習氣，
由『利他』以有我行『無我』之實
由忍辱以無我化有我

放下有我而成就無我，心如虛空無所住，
清淨不染，所行皆當回向菩提

這樣的化解習氣，身心轉變的過程，
正是遠離識顛倒的解脫之行

所有的功德都比不過發菩提心來的殊勝
