標題[問題] 送美容後車身損傷

名位好，今早從停車場上坡時不小心小碰了右後車門， 因為看來沒傷到漆面，就趕緊回原廠確認。 清洗後仍是有少許油漆，原廠建議送美容，我也照做。 問題來了，花了3小時美容後，油漆全無， 但是在右後車門防撞護條後出現嚴重傷口， 已經直接看到鐵板，洗車業者解釋可能是以前傷口， 離開後想想很不對，交車前已全車清洗，我也沒看到傷口， 現在懷疑是洗車業者欺騙。 我打算明天去討公道， 先再回原廠確認是否新傷，並請他作證出原廠前無傷。 請問我接著要如何自保，要如何讓業者認錯？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.78.76.112
