藍願改公投命題？ 綠堅持先修鳥籠公投

立法院藍綠黨團因核四公投案僵持不下，今天傳出藍營可能願意修改公投命題。民進黨團書記長吳秉叡今傍晚說，釜底抽薪辦法是要修改鳥籠公投法的門檻，並修正其原先的反命題，讓公投法回到初衷，才沒有誰佔誰便宜的問題。民進黨立委鄭麗君則說，國民黨要修掉的是內心想詐欺民意的想法，且要先修鳥籠公投法，民意才不會讓政黨跟政府操弄，此外也應修改公投命題，把自己的立場拿出來投，才是真民主。
