食藥署：服貿未開放食品衛生檢驗項目

食品藥物管理署今日表示，兩岸服務貿易協議中，為開放陸方在國內執行食品衛生檢驗，僅開放陸執行醫療器材非臨床試驗項目。

坊間部分文宣指稱陸方可在我方執行食品衛生檢驗項目，食藥署澄清未開放食品衛生檢驗項目，在兩岸服務貿易協議的技術與檢測分析業別中，僅開放陸方在台執行醫療器材非臨床試驗項目。
