核四公投激戰　賴士葆：一定要搶下一席

【李英婷／台北報導】為了阻擋藍營通過核四公投案，民進黨立委昨突襲搶佔立院議場徹夜駐守，國民黨則從清晨起發動4波攻勢失利。藍綠立委推擠中，國民黨團書記長賴士葆的衣服被扯破。賴說，進攻中有人勒他脖子，他停止呼吸5秒鐘，幸好衣服裂開救他一命。賴說，重要法案得靠這種方式處理，令人痛苦。

對於下午攻勢，賴士葆表示，還會再有兩波攻勢，國民黨至少要攻下一席、有個黨籍立委要站上主席台。不過，有藍委私下說，即使攻下主席台，今天也不一定能開會。
