Sony 推出外科醫生專用 3D 頭戴式顯示器

自年多前，Sony 的 3D 頭戴式顯示器已經改變了我們觀賞電影及遊戲的過程，但現在卻自願充當觀察醫療內窺鏡。Sony 及研發員 Hirai 把 HMZ-T2 改良，成為這部剛亮相的 HMM-3000MT ，能以 2D 或 3D 窺視外科病人身體內的器官組織等，據說 3D 窺視能提高準確度。電子業巨頭認為省掉實質的顯示螢幕能為醫生們減低其限制，增加他們做手術時的姿勢和靈活度。

雖然 HMM-3000MT 採用相同的 720p、0.7 吋 OLED 面板，但它已增強其站立姿勢的平衡及舒適性，亦於操作時提供子母畫面，甚至能在手術時展示不同角度的畫面，更能作旋轉及翻轉影像。這 3D 頭戴式顯示器已獲日本地區批准使用，不過還沒確定可於其他地區使用。換言之，如果要動手術的話，別指望會看到它。
