一中商圈新創意　台水舊宿舍成文創區

【鄭敏玲／台中報導】文青商機正熱，連老字號的台水公司也特別將位於台中一中商圈的五十年舊宿舍規劃為文創商圈，七月底前只要有創意的年輕人都可以前往提出計畫書，就有機會獲三個月到六個月的免費攤位，實現人生第一個創業夢!
