中華電信 IPAD MINI 平板/網路 跪求幫忙

日安~這裡因為平常就對網路這些方案什麼的看不太懂，所以跪求下幫助~然後盡量說白話一點~大感謝~

對APPLE的產品沒用過~

最近有看到個中華電信DM iPad mini 16GB 6990 月繳多少我忘了~5GB傳輸量有吃到飽嗎?網路會很慢嗎?

然後IPAD APP很多，但很多都要錢，那下載時會不會沒注意到這是要錢的就下載了?

IPADmini 3G版，也是要剪卡嘛，那剪卡後筆電的網卡還能用嗎?
