法醫所鑑定洪仲丘血尿　無藥毒物反應

【胡守得／台北報導】軍事高檢署上周將洪仲丘的血液、尿液檢體，送交法務部法醫研究所請求鑑定，法醫所今天完成鑑定報告，檢體鑑驗發現，沒有藥物、毒物反應，初步排除洪生前曾服藥或被下藥。
 
法務部官員表示，軍高檢並未請求針對洪的死因作鑑定，僅要求對所送檢體鑑驗，鑑驗報告已送交軍高檢作為洪案偵辦佐證；政務次長陳明堂指出，軍檢署若有其他請求，法務部將傾力協助。
