總統兼任黨主席？蔡正元：外界恐質疑不負責任

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】《聯合》報導，總統馬英九連任國民黨主席後，將修黨章為「總統兼任黨主席」。藍委蔡正元今在臉書表示，「雖不能說有什麼不對，但時機上會引起太多外界『不負責任』質疑」；蔡正元指出，外界會質疑，2014年若敗選，馬英九是否不必辭黨主席？2016敗選，馬英九是否不必負責把黨主席當到2017年？

蔡正元也指出，陳水扁也曾訂立民進黨黨主席的總統兼任條款，結果慘不忍睹，「國民黨有必要效顰學步嗎？」蔡正元認為，馬英九施政普遍不滿意，現在時機點訂定總統兼任條款，難逃動機可議的質疑，為何不交由下一位國民黨籍總統決定？
