高等軍事法院裁定五四二旅范佐憲上士羈押

（軍聞社記者李一豪臺北十八日電）國防部最高軍事法院檢察署今天表示，陸軍第五四二旅洪仲丘下士悔過期間死亡案，高等軍事法院檢察署專案小組偵查後，認為范佐憲上士涉犯「職權妨害自由」及陸海空軍刑法「對部屬施以法定種類以外之懲罰」等罪嫌重大，向高等軍事法院聲請羈押，高等軍事法院已在下午二時四十五分依法裁定羈押。
